Battle Report – Infinity – Operation: Flamestrike – Week 2

“Paradiso is a planet besieged by the greatest threat the Human Sphere has ever known; The Combined Army. The Sagre Orbital Tracking station lies at the southern tip of Flamia Island. From it, the defense of the planet, its shipping lanes and the disposition of its armies are coordinated. While it will not silence Humanity completely, disrupting it could allow the alien forces to mount surprise attacks on force dispositions across the planet.

Far from home, the forces of Svarlaheima find themselves alone against a host of creatures and races they can barely comprehend, sporting Voodoo-Tech weapons and alien hackers. Seeds quietly land among them without them being aware and the shimmer of therm-optic camouflage is hidden in the greenery around the station.

Wars are won and lost in the little actions no one ever remembers. Will this quiet war see the alien forces again repulsed by Humanity, or will the Mountain troops be swept aside by the vanguard of the EI’s unrelenting armies?”
