Games I Like – Zombies! – Day 9: Painted a psycho!

So today’s model is a human slave to the undead, an escaped mental patient! One can only imagine what he did to get his hands on that fire axe and hat… and he still has part of his hospital gown pinned around his neck.

This model was great fun to paint and an excellent change of pace from my adventurers, cops, etc. from Hasslefree. I love the manic grin on his face combined with the blood splatter. Truly psychotic! Hope you like him as much as I do.

  1. Great looking models as always and such a varied selection of games. I lost the url for your site ages ago during a hard drive crash and only picked it up because I was looking for a 28-30mm child miniature (diorama/ story piece idea; think true scale marine, child in crook of arm, lone wolf and cub in renegade over run trench little drummer boy last survivor of broken guard regiment, showcase soft spot of space wolf chapter.). Blame google and your scooby doo model.

In process of reduxing a tired old project (What has lightning bolts and awesome?). Return to paint chops is nice. Old beast is learning some new tricks. Sadly my computer/ blogging skills make me seem a prolific hobbyist by comparison. If I can get some images online I’d like to send you a link.

    • For sure Archie! Would love to see what you’ve been working on.

I’ve been sidetracked a bit from my Zombies stuff by another project, but more stuff is finished and should go up today.

Hopefully I’ll see you next time I’m in Halifax!
