General Hobby – Infinity Table Project complete!

Some of you may remember my excursion into the world of Foamed PVC where I started building a modular city table in 2×2′ sections.

Anyway, it’s done and I got to play on it tonight! After building all four tiles I basecoated the whole thing with Citadel Roughcoat (one can did all four panels). I then washed all the crevices with half Charadon Granite and half Codex Grey to darken them down.

When that was done I gave all the panels a highlight with my airbrush in Citadel Fortress Grey.

To add a few details I masked off the roadsides with painters-tape and then airbrushed them with Citadel Bubonic Brown.

When it was all dry I sealed it with some satin-spray varnish.

And done!

I broke it in tonight at Meeplemart playing a couple games against Yu Jing and Combined Army with my Pan Oceania!

  1. That is pretty sweet!

I’ve been looking forward to where you were going with this when you first announced it. And thanks for the link to Meeplemart. A place that says it stocks both Infinty and Heavy Gear, and centrally located, I’m definitely going to check it out!

    • Steve’s got a good selection and looks to be expanding into some interesting lines of figures. 🙂 Well worth giving him your business!
